Pros
Honestly doing this work made me used to rejection professionally, which I’ve taken forward. If you need money for a few weeks, this gives at least a reason to get up and make a little while actually finding a more permanent position. Honestly this made me be able to market myself better in interviews but only because I got used to being morally grey and speak in LinkedIn terms every morning at 8am for the daily propaganda/hype speech and music.
Cons
While they boarder between sells reps and a multi-level marketing scheme, realistically check around and ask how long everyone has been there. Unless you start selling whatever product of the quarter they have you selling while they make way more off it, they won't want you to stay long. Please don't see this as a permanent position, it's a really sell this much every two weeks or we'll phase you out of hours situation.
