10yThank you for the feedback. Continuous improvement is one of our guiding principles and your feelings regarding lack of training and support will be reviewed and game planned whenever we have a new employee join our company.
We work hard to provide an environment and culture of teamwork, support, and leadership. To that end, we have a many long term employees in both our salaried and hourly staff. This is enabled by a disciplined new hire process, specific job descriptions, and standard operating procedures detailing each departments core responsibilities.
In addition, Acres has an outstanding Human Resources Department that is available to assist any employee who would like to reach out for support. We will make sure that every employee knows that HR is there for them if they would like to discuss any personal issue.
