Pros
- Flexible management style, meaning you mostly manage your own days - Opportunities to sometimes work from home - Commission can be tricky to hit to fairly good when you do
Cons
- Commission structure has change near on every quarter since I have been here - Offices are not the best - Company cars are old and unreliable - Clients can be hard work to deal with given the 'rough' nature of the industry
