Pros
The job itself is very rewarding since you get to watch the clients growth throughout your time working with them
Cons
The company has been very stingy with non-billable hours where they don’t even want to allow floats due to them being a non profit and that pay comes out of the company not insurance. With no floats, staff struggle to receive bathroom breaks since you’re with the client the whole time. They also expect you to show up early and stay later to complete chores but won’t pay you as it’s under the 15 minute mark. You rarely get praise but are easily and quickly told when you’re doing something wrong. The lack of appreciation results in a lot of burnt out. There has been so many changes in management and lack of consistency.
