      Pros

      Eddy Hernandez was the greatest guy and was so helpful, responsive, flexible, approachable and kind. He was understanding and took his time training me with each and every task. I miss working for him!

      Cons

      Some of the upper middle management needed some work on their people skills and if I had not worked directly for Eddy, it would have been challenging to not be stressed out all of the time.

      Pros

      Good CEO. Leann and Mary (regional management) were very responsive, but not overbearing. Nice work environment. The vast majority of my coworkers were both pleasant and competent- those who weren't washed out pretty fast.

      Cons

      Benefits weren't great, no 401k matching. Pay could have been better for the amount of responsibility you assume. Local management of pharmacies can vary quite a bit from location to location- and regional management seems to prioritize autonomy over consistency.

      Only 5 people in the corporate office handling all matters 24/7 Work nonstop You’re always on call- even on PTO No training
