Unprofessional and toxic environment - Correspondent Loan Processor Advantage Resourcing Employee Review

Toxic environment with high school like drama, no growth in the company, occasional meetings to discuss only about “bad” things we are doing, company doesn’t appreciate you, no incentives for doing more workload and being fast, no PTO, you are forever hire as a temp, they don’t want you to be talking to anyone around you, lot of gossipers, upper management look like they hate their jobs and they’re not nice to you either. Upper management loves gossiping in Spanish to others. Everyone looks unhappy here.
