      Great place to work with smart and caring people, they focus not only on the work they do, they also focus on YOUR career development, supportive and transparent, love to work for this company

      Pay is not competitive and Columbus GA is not the best location

      Great benefits (401k, health, PTO)

      Cons

      Overall the people are great and the company emphasizes it cares for its employees. Some days are longer than others and you are expected to juggle multiple projects at once, if you cannot do this it is easy to fall behind on work.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
