Pros

None. This company totally sucks.

Cons

Total scam like all other 100% commission only pay "opportunities". Their sales formula is to sign on as many new agents (suckers) as possible and sell as many policies as possible to friends, family members, and sign on any company that the new "agent" may have an inside connection with. Don't believe the hype or any "you get out what you put in" b.s. comments you read. It's actually sad because I do think their products have value.

Pros

Great benefits (401k, health, PTO)

Cons

Overall the people are great and the company emphasizes it cares for its employees. Some days are longer than others and you are expected to juggle multiple projects at once, if you cannot do this it is easy to fall behind on work.

Pros

Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

Cons

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
