-Yes, you work remote but don’t expect to have a life of your own. The company has put a lot of effort into keeping people connected but remote work here means working over time (12 hour days minimum). They also watch the clock... remote does not mean flexible.
-Anxiety driven. The team is small and mighty but productivity is driven through fear. Expect to get messages that require you to jump online in the middle of the night because of minuscule problems. (No room for error. Everything is a big deal)
-False advertising. Many of the reviews written here are not actually employee sentiment. Employees are “asked” to write positive reviews on Glassdoor and on Amazon (for the CEOs book). People are afraid to write negative reviews because it’s a small team and they are afraid of being found out. Same with the viral blog posts... practice what you preach.
-Keep your opinions to yourself. I saw another negative reviewer that was encouraged to have opened up about their concerns. Don’t be fooled... this is not the culture that is welcomed here. The CEO will make you feel stupid for bringing opposing opinions. Leave your experience behind, you won’t be allowed to use it here.
