      Strong culture, team mentality, safety, management cares about associates. Critical supplier to the area. Tons of growth opportunities worldwide if you perform.

      Cons

      Big company can get complex at times working through different systems and supply chains. Pay is fair. Work is challenging and standards are high.

      Pros

      Steady work with consistent OT. Pay is average. They employ a minimal number of drivers (and equipment) so you will definitely get your hours. If someone leaves, takes PTO, or a truck goes down, it gets spread across the remaining drivers.

      Cons

      Benefits are average at best. Most drivers are expected to work holidays. PTO is approved on seniority basis so don’t plan on being home with family during these times. No shortage of micromanagement. Definitely feel like a line item on a spreadsheet somewhere and not a human.
