Thank you for your review. We are very proud of our client base and we appreciate your acknowledgement. There are many facets to staffing including, but not limited to: assignment, onboarding, on-site support, skills training and redeployment at the end of assignment. I would love to hear more about your specific ideas and how we can implement them. Also, what kind of advice would you suggest we pull from business journals? Please email me at Keshava.Kumar@Akraya.com. I’m looking forward to your feedback.

Pros

They are extremely communicative meaning there will be multiple contacts to assure that the process is moving. They were able to provide me daily updates and they handled both sides extremely well. I also appreciate them following through and being consistent with expectations as it was a hard time for me at the time.

Pros

My experience with Akraya was positive in terms of the people, but disappointing from a compensation standpoint. The team I interacted with, Abhinav, who initially reached out, Priya and Saira who supported onboarding, and Shifa who handled timesheets, were all professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication throughout the process was clear, and the onboarding experience was smooth overall. The hiring process itself was straightforward, though fairly average and not particularly differentiated from other agencies.

Cons

However, the compensation and benefits offered are significantly below market standards. After evaluating comparable opportunities, it became clear that similar roles through other agencies could offer substantially higher pay, potentially in the range of 50–75% more along with better overall benefits.
