Pros

Good pay and benefits. Lots of room for OT. Position is remote and they are flexible with what time you start/end shift.

Cons

Lots of cases. Like over 40 per week. At the heaviest we have gotten up to 52 per week. There is very little being done to help with miinimizing the caseload.

Pros

The pay is good- above average. Some coworkers are amazing.

Cons

Leadership is the worst I've ever experienced in my whole career. Favoritism within leadership- employees (they pick who they want to move up within the company) Belittle and disrespect Treat you like a number or replaceable item. All they care about it their metrics Not open to change anything or any flexibility. Extremely rigid in processes. Way too busy to ever meet 1-1 and listen to concerns Scrutinize you for absences and affects your monthly “scored” even if they’re legit reasons like illness. Lack of empathy to the extreme Such fake demeanors. They feel like robots.
