The yearly surveys are just buzz, every year I worked there the main complaints were the same and never addressed (need more money, need less pushing, need better communication). Ignored but noted and then never brought up again. Business before people, no sense of loyalty (4 year thank you was a 25 dollar gift card to the company store, no more company group events), always attempting to squeeze every employee to the max (tracking of work times to ensure everyone can do it as fast as possible), good workers forced to take on more work to keep production on time, pushes by management to make production faster on promises made to clients when it wasn't possible, bad quarter = mass layoffs (roughly 5-10% of the company laid off without warning at start of year)
