Pros

Working the night shift gives me any day of the week to conduct business of other sorts. Don't need to request time off for an appointment or a court date etc.

Cons

Working the night shift, you gotta be able to sleep during the day, or you ain't gonna make it. Calling in sick with this company is tough because there is basically no coverage. It's a small company and the owner is young and just getting this company off the ground. So if you take alot of sick days, this isn't the company for you.

Pros

Fabulous dedicated part time staff

Cons

President is a false prophet. Company cares only about EBITDA and going public in the coming year .... will throw you out if you show even a glimpse of caring for those you manage vs money, process. Full of turmoil if your outside the "club house"
