Pros

Securadyne Systems has a number of quality people in their branches. Big on job safety, average pay and decent benefits.

Cons

The company has a large number of executives and upper management with multiple people to support them. At the branch level, limit resources and little outside support. You're often told "we're a large company, use your resources", but in reality the other branches are short staffed as well. Bonuses and commissions are rarely attainable, If you plan to accept a job, I wouldn't factor these into your budgeting. Work life balance is challenging for most branch employees. Poor planning and management causes tech's to work unplanned overtime, be sent out of town with little notice and other times sent home for the day. These lack of resources means you'll likely be performing duties not under your job description. Don't expect to be compensated or thanked, this is their norm for most branches.
