You can’t even purchase a pencil without getting prior approval from the CEO of this company it’s totally ridiculous. Wrong people in the wrong positions . Their attrition rate is the highest I’ve seen in this industry and they don’t understand why no one wants to come there and work their salary range is below the average and they expect long long days out of you.
