The culture here is welcoming and family-oriented, which made a huge difference in my growth and confidence early on. For anyone interested in the security industry, I highly recommend this position—it’s a great opportunity to learn, grow, and feel part of something meaningful.
Cons
As the company grows, they’re still figuring some things out. While I believe there’s a genuine effort to improve and evolve, budget limitations can slow down the implementation of newer technologies and systems.
