Great pay. Owner is very nice. Team is great to work with.

Not a lot of training. Most have a lot of experience.

They're flexible with WFH and do WFH on Fridays at a minimum.

This is the most unfriendly, borderline hostile environment for POC and most particularly women. You won't be given the chance to make an impact here, just constantly covering up for lazy men that make half-hearted integrations and taking the blame.
