      Excellent pay and benefits. AMM expects their employees to produce great results, but they provide to support and incentive for you to be successful. The company cares about its employees and it is a great team environment.

      No remote work options available, but that is understandable due to the nature of the business.

      Free hmo, great PPO, tuition assistance for children, very involved team, good pay and bonus,

      Cons

      Older mill that requires a lot of OT and call ins. If you are hourly this great because you can double your salary, but can be stressful and eat into work life balance. Limited room for upward movement due to size of company
