      Great People, Great Env - that's it, for my experience atleast.

      I was not informed that the job required 24/7 support until I got the job, Never got an increase in my years of staying here, Unlucky enough to work under the worst superior

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
