Pros

Good Pay and Good Benefits mainly because its a Union shop 40hrs a week minimum

Cons

Horrible communication Lack of help and trust from HR Lack of help from Payroll Admin. Quarterly videos from the executives says the Company is doing very well money wise, but can't pay out a temporary Hazardous Work pay increase for COVID-19 like our Customers that we take care of.

Thank you for completing a review. I'm sorry you feel our communication is lacking. I'd love to hear more from you on our communication. As you know we've been conducting quarterly live-streams on our company performance. Until last week we were holding weekly Covid-19 town halls directly to all employees on Zoom (we are now bi-weekly as of this writing). Pros

Amerit offers strong opportunities for career advancement within a positive, team-oriented culture supported by approachable and supportive leadership. Our compensation is competitive for the industry, and now with the addition of our 401K plan we also have a solid benefits package). Additionally, employees are recognized and rewarded through bonus and recognition programs, which further enhances a positive work environment and culture.

Cons

Some aspects that could be seen as challenges but also with a positive attitude could be viewed as opportunities include: a fast paced environment that encourages adaptability and growth, evolving processes that allow employees to contribute ideas and help shape improvements, and high expectations that push individuals to develop new skills. Workloads can fluctuate at times, but that often provides exposure to different areas of the business and opportunities to take on new responsibilities and growth potential. Additionally, as the company continues to grow, there may be changes along the way, offering employees the chance to be part of building and influencing the future direction of the company.
