Amida Care has great benefits, is employee centered and member focused. WE have a generous PTO package (Holidays, Vacation, Sick and Personal Days). Amida Care is a company that lives it's mission. It's an inclusive work environment and, there are also many ways for employees to participate in committees and work groups that help shape the employee experience for everyone at Amida Care. My favorite is starting the weekend early with the Summer hours program.

The work we do requires a great deal of patience and empathy which at times can make employees feel that they have to give more of themselves but, the work is fulfilling!

Amida Care is the first organization that has given me the flexibility to truly have a work-life balance. I love their hybrid schedule which plays a big role into my family life. I can be an effective employee and an effective mom. Best of both worlds! Every employee at the organization are truly amazing to work with. No complains so far.
