The company only cares about the best quality. Products and services are true industry leaders.
Cons
Very process and numbers driven. Decision making can be very slow with significant senior leadership input. I observed the owner and then-president make a decision about sock designs for dirt bike racers. It's their company; they can make any decision they want. But C-Suite people shouldn't be that granular.
