Very process and numbers driven. Decision making can be very slow with significant senior leadership input. I observed the owner and then-president make a decision about sock designs for dirt bike racers. It's their company; they can make any decision they want. But C-Suite people shouldn't be that granular.

The hours are really good on the worker bee level. M-F only. Independent quick moving work that makes the time fly by.

They have two locations in Superior. The main DC is new, clean, and well staffed. The second location is a 3 person crew that still maintains its original 80s looks. It is like the ugly sibling of the two.
