Pros
Many of the employees here are best in class. When i first started my time here at Apeel, I believed in the mission and truly felt proud to say I work for Apeel. The science is innovative and it works, which makes standing behind their product very easy.
Cons
The company cannot figure out its business model or its strategy. They have lost many of their best in class employees among the way, and have laid off dozens more as they fail to see the forest thru the trees. The company culture is fading really really fast. Leadership is seriously lacking these days and there doesn't seem to be any light at the end of the tunnel.
