Everyone can agree, the people here are so kind and incredibly talented. Everyone is welcoming and with the new office remodel, it is a modern place to work with unlimited PTO and fantastic benefits. Keep in mind that as of this review, the world economy is struggling and has a major effect on this review. I got the idea that Apeel was a innovative growing tech company upon hiring, but immediately after hiring, 1/3 of the talented employees got laid off. Existing employees are overworked with little to no proper transition of company shrinking, lack of organization, lack of information transfer, and preparation for this major decision to lay off workers, and low morale. Budget cuts in innovation and operation yet unrealistic demands on company growth. Performance - 5/10 Growth - 2/10 Culture - 5/10 Stability - 2/10
