Pros

There is not a single pro to working for this company.

Cons

They do a hostile takeover of an existing company. (see their Track record) They will keep employees, but the employees lose all prior benefits and retirement savings and all prior time towards retirement. They swooped in like vultures during the pandemic and told ALL of the employees they could leave and lose all of their time and benefits, or they could switch to Apex and have severely reduced benefits and basically start over. Some employees had over 20 years. What a crappy thing to do during a pandemic. They kept NONE of their grandiose promises to the system they partnered with improve margins and revenue. Avoid at all costs!!!

Constant business, plenty of hours.

I was hired to be remote. In the most recent political stunt, this company decided to follow suite and demand everyone return to the office 3 times a week. Now, they are forcing everyone back into the office 5 times a week, with no regard of their employees disabilities and or medical needs. False promises of growth opportunities. Mandatory overtime for "business needs", however, this is only because of the HIGH turnover rate. Everyone in leadership expects for everyone else to handle escalations but them. The director delegates all his work. Supervisors are not hands on. Representatives are burnt out and get hounded down by WFM for using the restroom or feeling sick. If everyone that is local is required to come into office, all remote positions should be moved to local. This company is so unorganized and the processes are very poor. This company hates spending money and resources to make it easier for their employees, hence why so many departments are behind and members suffer. You will always feel embarrassed on the phone when a member or provider complaints because this company DOES NOT CARE about solutions. They are just about making money for their own pockets.
