Unbelievably low merit “increases”, management and leadership are clicky and do not acknowledge lower level employees, sneaky and underhanded return to office mandate, inability to maintain proper working conditions (i.e. viable internet connection, system and application outages), executive leadership unhelpful for lower level employees who experience project roadblocks
