Not many company team building activities.

I’ve worked at several contractors now and AIS by far has the best company culture and support for employees. Support and KT are encouraged and supported as needed. Leadership really tries to listen and help. I’m constantly amazed how helpful and friendly my co-workers are. Projects tend to be short but that means you get to learn about all new kinds of tech and project types to be able to easily grow your skills.

Like any consultancy, work is based on won contracts. If the market is in a downturn, time on the bench can be limited. They make every effort to place people on new contracts but sometimes you could be released. In general if you are good performer, you are pretty safe.
