Pros

Nothing, except for the sympathy you feel for your fellow co-workers.

Cons

Everything. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Dishonest in their communication with you and customers. During the interview they will tell you, you will only have 3-4 clients. When they hire you, you are assigned 8-19 clients. There is no training, you will get a client the first day you start. No one helps, everyone is overwhelmed and depressed. Their turnover rate is so high there will be a change in resources at least 4-5 times in a 3 months span. Bonuses are non-existent; however, you will be harassed on a daily basis to meet a goal you were never told about. They will force you to travel and work on weekends (yes, 3 AM on a Sunday, just because they said so). There is NO work/life balance. There are no raises, no bonuses, no communication, just threats and broken promises. I have been as gentle and diplomatic as I could in this response without saying "Run or you WILL regret it the first week you start working there". Keep your integrity, find another job. Don't believe these "positive" posts. And Amanda is NOT the CEO. The employees don't know who the CEO is, that is how poor the communication is.

Nothing major—like any consulting environment, some periods can be fast‑paced, but the team and leadership make it manageable.
