Pros
Their software pipeline for handling code and version control is well-organized. There is a lot to learn from this company regarding software development. The team consists of many young engineers, which explains why their software pipeline is up to date. Co-workers are friendly, and the office provides snacks, which is great for breaks.
Cons
Management is ineffective, and I don’t think they care much about their employees. The reason for this comment is that some employees live far from the office, with commutes of 1.5 to 2 hours, yet management does little to address the issue or find better solutions. This company only offers onsite work, with no hybrid options—something management strongly opposes.
