Pros
This is a great place for anyone ready to deal with politics and really good at brown nosing. Almost a pyramid scheme for advancement. They provide caffeine of all sorts in the office but know you will be waking up at 5:30 am or earlier to get to work on time at 7 am.
Cons
Each employee is treated differently, there is favortism, some people seem to be reprimanded for things others are not, reviews seem to show that this a great company but they are far from that. They make training seem like it's going to help you when in reality they just want to teach you the basic concepts and then treat you bad if you want to learn more because you are assigned a mentor for 6 months to run you ragged. HR recruiting is a sales team looking for fresh college students to warp into working for a "cool" company.
