Pros

Good for interns to learn engineering work in couple of years. But that is pretty much it.

Cons

Don’t trust these great reviews as they are coming mostly from interns who are begging for decent job and have a lot to learn. Buildings management is responsible for at least 10 great people leaving over last couple of years. They overwork them, show zero respect, and offer zero opportunities for career growth. They scratch each other’s back, and act as some clan protecting their own positions. One mid manager in buildings team is directly and indirectly responsible for at least 8 people leaving. All of them do much better now, words spread around, and now even more people are leaving. That particular person is heavily backed by principal, as they go years back and one hired/recommended the other one. Doesn’t matter how many complains are given to HR, doesn’t matter how many female engineers were brought to tears - he has director’s protection. Worked for couple of years but now team is falling apart. Lack of expertise as a consequence, as they mostly have young inexperienced engineers now. Also heavy promotion bias towards British people, I know it is UK firm, but this is big no no in today’s world for any reputable firm.
