- Poor culture, nepotism runs rampant and if you are close to the people at the top you can move up. Qualifications don't mean anything at all. - No vision, blind leading the blind - Core group that formed the company have tunnel vision and there is no room for new ideas or growth. - CEO could care less about the employees. - Poor Benefits , 401k match is not vested so you lose all the employer match if you leave before 5 years at the company, Accumulated Vacation time is not paid upon termination. - If you don't believe me, look at the turn over rate in all departments (Linkedin will show you the details). It's a revolving door, good people do not stay for more than a year or two max. - Please do yourself a favor and do not join this company.
