Business Outlook
Pros
Terrific Company Structure. Managers that listen and are there to lean on during difficult times. Busy all the time! Don’t have to worry about hours being cut. No threat of layoffs at any time. Good hours and great balance of work/home time.
Cons
I’ve been in the work force for many years with a few different companies. All I can say is that they continue to listen to employees as they are doing. I can’t really see any cons.
