Pros

People you get to help.

Cons

Executive senior leadership cares about profits (theirs!). Rents keep going up. Residents and employees are hurt because of this. I would love to see stock options given to the employees who put the huge profits in Senior Management's pockets. Shame on your greediness. They don't care about their employees.

Pros

The only part of the job I actually miss are the residents and I met some nice co workers as well.

Cons

The turnover rate at this place was actually insane. In the year I worked there I saw many people come in and not even make it through training, which was understandable. Caregivers were not treated like humans, you'd constantly be overworked and micromanaged by other departments. You will get sick constantly because of the negligence of upper management failing to protect your health as a caregiver. Your health is worth more than the pay they offer which is probably less than McDonalds. There are more cons but I'll leave it at that.
