      Pros

      - internal mobility- where you can ask to transfer to different org, even aws/retails orgs. Can also transition to become TPM if you're an SDE - free lunch (but quality is degrading, very high in sodium and highly processed) - amazon tooling. Basically using all builder tools amazon, directly using aws tools. - really smart peers. They have a high hiring bar.

      Cons

      - Constant reorgs which makes it terrible for promotion and career growth. - Top down AI mandate for the sake of AI adoption, in the name of boosting developer productivity and saving developer billing hours. - Layoffs when company profit was all time high. - Many consumer facing teams are stretched thin.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
