      Pros

      I am a team recruiting assistant (RA), and I have the opportunity to work with different recruiters and educators. I enjoy operations, and this role allows me to utilize that skill set.

      Cons

      Con seems severe. I would say something we're continuously working on is improving our support for our educators on assignment. Each school year, we've gotten better as a newer line of businsess. I appreciate that Aya isn't afraid to pivot and try new strategies.

      Great support systems in place and positive work environment. A lot of opportunities for growth and advancement!

      My only con is I didn't start working here sooner!

      Higher Compensation compared to other travel companies Great health insurance for a little over $100 per month 401k matching after a year Sick Days

      Cons

      My particular recruiter has poor communication Stipends don't count for sick days No pay on school vacations Not always consistent job opportunities
