Do not recommend - Consultant BCG Platinion Employee Review

- Treated as second class citizens versus BCG core - (PLA managers are treated like generalist associates - often uninvited from OPPL meetings) - Pay does not match with industry or even Big 4 - Frequently overworked (60+ hour weeks) - Overly political CDC process & not based on merit, promotion based on seniority Don't be fooled, this is not BCG....and will never be viewed as such
