Excellent benefits through BCG - that is the only good thing they have going for their employees.
Cons
Platinion is different from BCG. While BCG is great, platinion leaders are old school herders of people. If you are especially skilled and talented, please join a domain based company or start your own startup. Platinion is filled with leaders who are glorified scrum masters. Imagine, one or two actually talented people “leveraged” by 10 managers/glorified scrum masters who then get all the credit for simply doing nothing and ask you questions about subject matter that they don’t have any experience in. You know how Boeing went down ? That is the management culture here. I’ve seen lots of talented people silently leave and the ones left are those who are lowest of the barrel, trying to lead due to understanding the toxic culture due to tenure.
