      BMC staff is great. Great Pay. Work/Life balance is good.

      Cons

      No communication between management and staff (OZARK) Batch operator has a bad attitude and treats staff as are if they beneath him. Misconstruing the UNION contract, between staff and management. Failing to maintain equipment to FMCSA standards. Failing to maintain the plant. More empty suits in management, than REAL WORLD people (drones)

      -Great benefits -Competitive pay -Paid holidays off -PTO accrual from Day 1 -Opportunity for Career Growth -Day Shift Schedule, No weekends (for office staff) -Some opportunity for remote work

      Cons

      -Policy changes as the company grows (working towards consistent policies across the enterprise). Most are for the better.

      You interact with contractors they are great the other drivers are always willing to help you and the office people always get back to you
