Pros

I enjoyed many opportunities in my nearly 24 year career , and worked with many great people.

Cons

Unsympathetic management and HR/employee relations after difficult family time and longstanding solid career. Fired rather than enabled to transition to position with a better fit for all - and NO Severance. Walked out like a criminal, even after working extra hours and receiving positive customer feedback. All about VOLUME, and no VALUE / loyalty toward employees.
