Small branch was run by an incompetent manager who was constantly gone and unaccounted for. He was supposed to be drumming up new business. Instead there was no new business for months and we lost several clients, including our largest. Since compensation depends on profit sharing, this matters. There was no oversight of him. Consistent turnover of high-level staff wasn't a red flag to corporate. BBSI is a technological dinosaur; they tried to appeal to tech companies but BBSI is way too far behind the tech curve to be considered. Management constantly praised BBSI despite major corporate malfeasance.
