Pros
They'll give you alot of work in different vertical markets, which is great quickly building experience.
Once you do good work for them, they can give you better rates, but not all the time.
Cons
No american address really, calls you up to 60 times a day, even if you block them.
Dispatchers are very pushy and if you don't have good boundary setting, will push you to take a job for the lowest amount possible.
Note that the dispatchers get comission based on how low they can get you to take the job, so it's a race to the bottom.
Be also prepared for them giving you a flat rate (like 85 bucks) for a six hour job.
