Cons

Atrocious leadership at the top of Field Service. Decisions are made to protect egos. Unqualified senior / executive leaders running former Hill-Rom field service. Very poor integrity.

Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

Cons

They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
