Pros
Some good managers at the company, easy job. Better pay than many other retail positions if you are a sales lead.
Cons
Company suddenly cut everyone's hours to 1/3 of what they used to be in order to get people to quit. All decisions seem to come from the top, with little to no input from the local level. Some management operates like a high school girl click.
