Pros
Remote work accepted, people are nice
Cons
New hires lack job security. You'll quickly learn that the company has a lot of "long timers" who have a ton of inside jokes and stick their necks out for each other. It makes it hard to foster a team environment when a portion of the work always feels unwelcome. The CEO acts unprofessional on calls at times (distracting "jokes" with other long time employees in Teams chats as an example). They celebrated bonus $ amount in job offer as helping me get to my salary expectations only to later find out bonuses haven't been paid out in a few years. It seems like they are over spent, lacking new ideas, and chasing the competition in the hopes of staying afloat. There is also a lot of talk about getting acquired within the next 5 years, but it seems to be more of a pipe dream currently.
