Working at BAI has been an incredibly rewarding experience! From day one, it's clear that this is not just a company – it's a community that genuinely cares about both its clients and employees. I’ve learned so much about ABA principles and best practices, and the hands-on experience has been invaluable in helping me grow as a therapist. The company is not in other cities

There are no pros to working here.

This place is fine if you are only looking to be an RBT (no worse than the other Muncie ABA centers), but if you want any part in getting supervision hours there or being a clinician there, think again. You do not want any part in building a relationship with the leadership team here, especially the owner. The leadership team is basically her wait staff, and they have a level of devotion to her that is sickening. The owner will go out of her way to help you, then use it against you later as reasons you owe her, and will then gaslight you into thinking you are the problem. When she starts to not like you anymore, she will have her clan watch you on the cameras (she won’t do it herself, because then she would actually have to work) until you make a mistake, and then immediately penalize you for it. Do not trust a single person that works here, especially those in leadership.
