      -Coworkers generally are very friendly and helpful -Good culture at the employee level -Interesting and unique engineering challenges -Medium size organization with reasonable opportunities to grows

      -Upper management seems out of touch with stress and demands at the lower levels of the organization -Working relationship with parent company is full of communications issues that cause frustrating road blocks

      None - all benefits have slowly eroded.

      Cons

      The CEO, Piotr, is a coward. Four days after having an all employee town hall meeting that lasted 2.5 hours, he has decided to eliminate the hybrid work program (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Instead of standing on the stage and telling us to our face, he decided to pass the buck to lower level directors/managers to share with their teams. Yet another example of the poor leadership that parent company Knorr-Bremse has forced upon Bendix.
