Great company to work for

Can have any ups and downs but great place

None - all benefits have slowly eroded.

The CEO, Piotr, is a coward. Four days after having an all employee town hall meeting that lasted 2.5 hours, he has decided to eliminate the hybrid work program (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Instead of standing on the stage and telling us to our face, he decided to pass the buck to lower level directors/managers to share with their teams. Yet another example of the poor leadership that parent company Knorr-Bremse has forced upon Bendix.
